Parking…Policies and Payment Options

You’ve made an appointment with STRND STUDIO…thank-you for picking us! we look forward to making you love your hair. Following is some information to help you find us, where to park if you’re driving and how to pay:

Location: we are located at 777 Richmond St West right at the corner of Richmond and Niagara on the second level of the Lightform lofts in the heart of Queen West. Go to the main outer door, it’s a big steel door and right above it in white numbers is 777. See the pic below, buzz 2029, open that door and go all the way to the top of the stairs. There is another door at the top (don’t pause on the stairs - the upper door is on a time delay). Turn left, go up the long hall, turn left and at the end of that hall you will see our logo outside of Unit 2029.

Parking: yes we have parking less than 500 meters from the building. It is a Public Green P on the same side as our building at the corner of Richmond and Walnut. The lot number is 53, you can either pay at the machine with a credit card or use the app selecting lot 53. It is $2.50 an hr or you can select a flat rate. It’s important that you remember to pay for parking, the parking police closely monitor that lot.

Payment Options: currently there are 2 payment options: cash (no tax) and there is an ATM on site or email money transfer tax applied

Policies: we do have a 48 hr cancellation policy, please let us know of any changes 48 hrs in advance. Please note that this is a dog friendly building, every tenant in the building has a dog and they have free range of the building wandering in and out of suites visiting everyone through the day. If you are afraid of dogs please contact us to cancel your appointment. As with any business please treat us with the respect and dignity we treat you with. If not, we do reserve the right to cancel your service and will not rebook.
